With over a decade of experience driving Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies across 20+ countries, I specialise in embedding DEI into every layer of business operations, from executive leadership coaching and global policy design to frontline retail training and market entry strategies. I have led initiatives that bridge global frameworks with local nuance. My work spans the creation of scalable education programs, standardization of DEI practices for new markets, and the inception of innovative tools using the Culture Map and Inclusive Design Certification Programmes to foster cross-cultural aptitude and inclusive leadership.

 

I bring a data-driven and human-centered approach to DEI, having created advisory boards, designed and delivered pulse surveys, and advised leadership through sensitive and high-impact decisions. My expertise extends to brand and marketing inclusivity, talent attraction in key cities, ERG growth and support, and executive communications strategy - ensuring alignment between internal culture and external reputation. Whether supporting frontline teams in retail or advising C-suite executives, I prioritise actionable insights, lasting partnerships, and tangible results to embed DEI into the DNA of global organizations.
